getting a reservation on indian railways

I’ll be going to India soon, yaey!!! But right now I’m trying to figure out if there is any way I can make a train reservation from Calcutta to Gaya from here… I’m afraid that I’ll have to wait in Calcutta for a few days before getting a train… So what will I be doing?
Well, my plan is to go to Bodhgaya to listen to teachings from H.H. the 17th Karmapa and then probably stay on for the Kalachakra initiation by H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama. I’m also hoping I get to see Sarnath and Lumbini - thus making it into a sort of pilgrimage. I’m quite excited by all this - I haven’t been in India for about 5 years and can hardly wait to get back…

This site look is good and also this is the only one in this group which search multi trains and links and I am very impressed about this features. It open fast it does not have pop-up and advertisement and also it has more features then all the above sites. The only fault i have seen in this site is the some of trains search are not showing the fast time in multi search trains. I am really very impressed by this site we cannot find any fault with this site they are updating regularly and also putting new features every month
